CELEBRATING LIFE'S MILESTONES AT THE HISTORIC UU MEETING HOUSE

Whether you want to welcome a new member to your family or celebrate the life of one who has passed, we welcome you at the Meeting House.

Hendrix Hall is suitable for smaller, intimate gatherings and the Sanctuary can seat larger gatherings.

Services are created with Rev. Linda and can include traditions of all faiths and participation by family members is always welcome.

BABY BLESSINGS AT THE UNITARIAN UNIVERSALIST MEETING HOUSE

As Unitarian Universalists believe that all children are born without sin, Rev. Linda blesses each child as a precious gift of love and hope. Everyone present is asked to care for, encourage and support this new life. Water, as the sacred source of life, is placed on the baby’s forehead in a naming ceremony. Everyone present is blessed in these ceremonies.

LET'S START PLANNING

MEMORIAL SERVICES AT THE UNITARIAN UNIVERSALIST MEETING HOUSE

Rev. Linda crafts personal memorial services. She bases each service on what the family holds sacred, reflecting their love for those who have died. Her goal is for family members to feel witnessed in each memorial. She works to create something that the person who is deceased would have loved too.
